Extract gem package license and show on the license tab.

There are three ways this could be interpreted:
(1) Given a specific Ruby gem, parse its gemspec for its license so that licenses don't have to be manually added.
(2) Given a Gemfile.lock (or perhaps even a Gemfile?), generate a license report from its dependencies.
(3) Provide some way of exporting a Rake build that can be imported in the same way that a Maven build can be imported.

All three would be useful.

The main reason for me (and this feature request) was (1).
