 Description

Force Authentication setting remains unchecked and greyed out after upgrade to Artifactory version 4.7.

If a docker repository had the "Force Authentication" unchecked in a earlier version of Artifactory, then after upgrading to version 4.7 the setting still remains unchecked and greyed out. Due to this we cannot enable the "Force Authentication" from the UI after upgrade to 4.7 and "docker login" fails to work.

The "Force Authentication" should be enabled by default for any docker repositories during the upgrade to 4.7 as Anonymous users can still Pull images even if this setting is enabled

From what I have tested, the local repo seems to be able to login and pull/push as authenticated user, even if the "force authentication" is gray and un-checked.

While for remote docker repo, it is like what the bug report said - login can not be done if the "Push auth" is gray and un-checked.
